Wrong interface version when reconnecting

Description

When using transmitter or receiver SMPP connections (doesn't happen on transceiver mode), when the connection is lost and kannel tries to re-connect it sends the wrong interface-version parameter causing the SMSC to reject the bind command.
This is what kannel is sending:
interface_version: 4294967295 = 0xffffffff

When the bind is established after kannel is restarted it works correctly. I've tried setting the interface version parameter in the SMPP config, or not using it and leaving by default and its the same. On reconnect this always happens.

Hi,
OK, according to your recommendation I have updated kannel to the latest SVN version. I will see how it works in the following days.

Thanks
